We are working as fast as we can to send your orders and things are slowly getting back to normal. Despatch is currently taking 2-4 days.

We are no longer shipping orders outside the UK but hope to recommence European delivery again in the autumn. Many apologies to our European customers.

We offer prompt order dispatch within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail or courier and aim to deliver within 3 days (UK) or 5-10 days (Europe).

UK: £1.25 and FREE on orders over £10

EUROPE: £3.50 Standard Airmail** or £8.50 Tracked and/or Signed Airmail

** Standard Airmail is at your own risk, we are not responsible for lost orders sent outside the UK.

Due to customs regulations, we are unable to post to countries outside the European Union.

If an order is returned to us as undelivered by the postal service for any reason, we will refund the cost of the products purchased, not the delivery charge. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address on the order is correct.

Please report any orders delivered damaged or incorrect, and any missing orders not delivered within 14 days of the order date by emailing us: sales@rpseeds.co.uk.
