Papaver rupifragum Orange Feathers (Spanish Poppy) seeds
Gorgeous double flowered version of the well known Spanish Poppy, also known as Papaver rupifragum 'flore pleno'. Bears an endless succession of beautiful, large terracotta-orange flowers in summer.

Sowing Instructions: Sow at any time of year except early-mid summer. Sow onto a moist, free-draining seed compost in a plug tray or seed tray. Do not cover seed and propagate at 15 to 18C. Germination should begin to take place after about 7 days. When sowing in the summer, make sure the temperature does not rise above 20C as this may reduce the rate of germination.
Growing Instructions: Grow the seedlings on at 10C and until established. then pot up individually into 9cm pots or 3 plants into 1 litre pots. Maintain in pots and over winter as necessary in a cool, well-ventilated place. Plant out from May onwards.
